Talent Acquisition Partner Permanent opportunity Client DetailsThe client is in the Public Sector DescriptionAs Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for; End to end recruitment of senior level hires Partner with SLT to identify current and future talent needs proactive talent pipe lining Campaign recruitment across multiple divisions Project Management Supporting on wider projects around; early careers, EVP, careers website, social media branding etc Work closely with Recruitment and HR Teams ProfileThe successful candidate will; Have a proven track record in Recruitment/TA role previously Preferably with in house experience Experience managing projects/large campaigns Excellent stakeholder management skills Proactive approach to recruitment Experience recruiting senior level roles Job OfferOn offer for the successful candidate; Permanent role, salary c. 40-45,000 p/a Hybrid role, office location in Birmingham City Centre Flexible working Generous pension Bonus scheme Generous holidays entitlement, rising with years of service
