Senior Workday HRIS Analyst - United Kingdom, Remote

Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. Once we can safely travel, you may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.What you'll get to do...GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to specialise in absence management, leave-of-absence plans and time tracking in Workday’s human capital management software. Help us provide tier 2 support, work with our workstream leads collecting requirements for system improvement requests, and track completed support cases. You will be involved in our Workday roadmap as we expand our global presence and provide an outstanding employee experience. Evaluate relevant Workday issues and enhancement requests to determine business insight, validity, and level of effort, for potential roadmap deliveryCreate and supervise support cases using Jira, build relevant searches and run reportsFacilitate Backlog review meetings with various workstream leads to prioritise requests for the upcoming sprint planning meetingsFoster ongoing Workday relationships – relevant memberships and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups and ConferencesProvide support from initiation to completion for Workday issues and updates submitted through Jira, including participation and/or support of user acceptance testing, and partner as needed with change management and user adoption teamAlthough this is not a configuration role, you will provide Workday Administrator support as defined for the teamOther projects and work as assigned, may include data audits and processing EIBsYour experience should include...2+ years' experience supporting Workday HCM with a focus on Absence and Time TrackingIn addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence, an understanding of one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Good communication and process improvement skillsStrong organisational skills and some project management experienceAbility to collaborate in-person and virtual/remote environmentsGood level of English – both written and spokenYou might also have...Experience with release management and optimisationExperience with Jira issue tracking softwareAbout us...
