We have positions available in both our contract and permanent teams, working on an already established warm desk. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has 360 recruitment experience and is looking to focus on a specialised market. You will be responsible for:Building relationships and continuously develop your network of candidatesBusiness planning and financial accountabilityAttracting new candidates via networking - Job boards - RecommendationsArranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is always provided.Proactively map out key clients within portfolio.Work alongside globally recognised organisations to support their growth and needsHeadhunting and networking to develop the Modis brand and reputation.Conduct sales calls to introduce Modis services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients.What’s in it for you:Market-leading bonus schemes.
