The Head of Nursery and the staff have created a most welcoming and stimulating environment where children confidently express their ideas and lead their own discoveries.” Ofsted 2019You will report directly to the Head of Nursery and your responsibilities in this role will include:Providing a safe and secure environment where each child is cared for equally.Working as part of a team to ensure that children can play, learn and develop.Contributing to records of children's development and learning journeys.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships and communication.Undertaking duties as required, including the preparation of snacks and cleaning of equipment.The ideal candidate for this role will have a qualification in Education and Childcare and have experience of working with children 6 months to 5 years. We are looking for someone who is perceptive and patient and shares our vision for nurturing the individual child in a creative and fun environment facilitating their learning and development. You should be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative and work well both in a team and independently. The team that you will join is close knit, supportive of each other and proud of the work they do enabling children to have a bright start as they begin their learning journeys.
