So, if you share our drive and ambition, get ready to achieve more from your career.    Providing expert guidance on all things Microsoft As a Microsoft Sales Specialist, you'll work alongside our Public Sector Account Managers to sell Microsoft solutions into an existing customer base. You'll be responsible for being the subject matter expert on all things Microsoft, supporting on customer calls and meetings where needed. As a Microsoft Sales Specialist you'll be responsible for:   Working as an overlay to our Public Sector Account Managers, supporting them on customer calls and meetings Upskilling our sales teams the latest Microsoft products and news, running regular webinars and training sessions Client engagement including: conference calls, meetings, email and instant message Supporting a centralised inbox, answering queries from our sales teams and customers  Dedicate time to training and upskilling yourself to gain industry recognised accreditations What we need from you  Experience in a customer facing sales role   An interest in understanding Microsoft cloud technologies  The ability to work collaboratively alongside our Account Managers A passion for delivering a high level of customer service  Work in a way that works for you   We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
