Lead Product Analyst - Digital Workplace

A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.WHAT TO EXPECTWe are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to work within our Digital Workplace. This role will support the delivery of Digital Workplace Services to all Jaguar Land Rover colleagues with a specific focus on financial and operational management.The role will involve working hand-in-hand with Product Managers to manage the business demand and oversee the Digital Workplace budget and future forecast.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities * Responsible for the management of the Digital Workplace budget and future forecast * Work to ensure that all IT solutions and services are managed and delivered to meet business demand * Provide insight and recommendations to improve services, partner relationships and lifecycle management * Maintaining and growing relationships across immediate team, suppliers, wider IT organization and business domains * Analyze problems and identify the issue including business impact and propose a resolution * Provide input into projects by interpreting the implications on the End User environment * Contribute to the management of supplier commercials and services, where external suppliers are used to delivering services * Focus on continual service improvement and understanding of Digital Workplace budget and identify potential savings opportunitiesWHAT YOU'LL NEED * An individual with a customer-first mind-set who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable * An individual who is results-driven, demonstrates, tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment * An individual with the ability to combine a short-term, pragmatic focus with longer-term planning * An individual who is resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs * An individual who can challenge existing thinking positively whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal styleKnowledge, Skills and Experience * Budget management and purchase order creation * Previous experience of End User IT Solutions at a similar level * IT Asset Management * ITIL Service Management * Good analytical and problem solving * Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred * IT Project Management experience
