HR Project Manager

This is a varied and challenging role working as part of a central HR team in a busy national organisation. As HR Project Manager you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to bring rigour and control to their HR / People Projects. Based from Birmingham 2 days a week the role will see youChampioning the benefits of an organised approach to project management and building improved project plans, project teams and project communicationsWorking with the Senior HR team to build and maintain HR / People Project PlansWorking with various HR and Operational stakeholders to oversee various projectsYou must be able to hit the ground running with systems projects however this will be a varied HR project role and you will also be involved in projects like the implementation of a new recruitment and onboarding solution and other process improvements. We are looking for HR Project Professionals with experience ofWorking with project management methodologies and communicating using RAG reports, GANT charts and progress reportsSupporting senior management and stakeholders to improve their project management capabilitiesManaging multiple and concurrent projectsThe role also requires a hard working and empathetic individual who can appreciate that as part of a smaller team and organisation that you will need to be self sufficient and prepared to get stuck in operationally. Based from their Birmingham office 2-3 days a week this is a role offering a hybrid working pattern. It is also a role where you can make a real and rewarding impact on the future success and sustainability of the organisation.
