You will manage the development and implementation of the multi-channel marketing strategy for Places for People and be accountable for the management and optimisation of all group digital marketing platforms (websites, intranet, apps) for internal and external use. In addition, you will also ensure the optimisation of all online and offline channel activity for internal and external use.You will ensure the Group's digital platforms utilise best practice in design, content, user experience throughout the customer journey whilst driving cost efficiencies and effectiveness where applicable. Where new tech needs to be deployed or new channels need are required you will ensure a robust process is followed. You will ensure everything is proposed, tested, analysed and introduced at pace, in order to increase group effectiveness and enhance the Group reputation.As a respected expert marketing professional you will insight, advice and recommend on all aspects of channel activity, to ensure the successful delivery of high profile business projects, campaigns, and the day-to-day marketing channel requirements of c.20 Places for People subsidiary companies which cover a number of different sectors within the property space.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will require a deep knowledge of delivering multi-channel marketing and communications strategies, ideally across a large organisation with different businesses in its make-up. You should possess a detailed understanding of content and channel strategies for different audiences in different sectors. We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who is not only aware of what is current but also emerging technologies which early adoption would set us apart in the field.You will need a sound knowledge and practical experience of customer focused web design that delivers easy-to-navigate customer journeys, that in turn delivers measurable, positive outcomes. In addition, previous experience of CRM solutions, specifically in the support of customer acquisition strategies and business opportunity tracking and optimisation, is required.
