Financial Crime Execution MI Analyst

As a Barclays Financial Crime Execution MI Analyst, you will be play an integral part in managing various management information from collation, analysis and distribution. You will be providing bespoke reports to Risk Assurance Manager and the wider team. In this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience of maintaining Access database and other Microsoft platforms for the Risk Assessment unit to work on. What will you be doing? • Collating, analyzing & distributing RAU Refresh and Onboarding MI to management and stakeholders across the bank. • Extracting data from Barclays source systems to identify all high-risk customers requiring Forum and reconcile to and from the RAU client list highlighting anomalies to investigate. • Contributing to the enhancement of the HR Forum function to drive efficiencies and consider automation of activities where possible. • Supporting Risk Assessment Unit colleagues, Senior management and the wider team with all matters pertaining to MI relating to customer types and activities. • Collaborating with change programmes to enable improvements such as testing processes and running pilots. • Supporting Financial Crime Execution design improvements and process structuring to help the teams operates efficiently. What we're looking for: • Highly organised with ability to work independently or own initiative • Exceptional Microsoft applications skills and experience in SQL, VBA and Teradata • Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage several high priority tasks simultaneously. • Excellent attention to detail and accurate reporting and ability to make recommendations to management regarding improvements as they arise • Able to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders Skills that will help you in the role: • Excellent organizational skills to help meet tight deadlines • Able to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to be able to make recommendations on improvements to reporting and data gathering • Excellent stakeholder manager skills Where will you be working?
