Job Title: Business Development Manager - Asset and Property Finance\n\nLocation: Windsor\n\nSalary: Between £60,000 - £80,000 base plus commission, OTE £120K upwards\n\nHours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm\n\nBenefits:\n\n25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays\nExcellent development and career progression opportunities\nWorkplace pensionAbout the position of Business Development Manager - Asset and Property Finance:\n\nWe are currently partnering with a growing commercial finance brokerage based in Windsor that is seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager specialising in Asset and Property Finance to support its continued expansion. This opportunity is ideally suited to an established commercial finance professional with an existing client bank and introducer network who is currently operating within commercial mortgages, bridging finance, invoice finance or wider SME funding solutions.\n\nWorking with a broad panel of high street banks and specialist lenders, the successful candidate will be responsible for originating and structuring commercial finance deals, developing introducer relationships and generating new business opportunities across the market. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role offering genuinely uncapped earning potential within a flexible and entrepreneurial environment.\n\nResponsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager - Asset and Property Finance:\n\nGenerate new business opportunities across commercial mortgages, bridging finance, invoice finance and SME funding solutions\nGenerate funded business through existing client relationships, introducers and professional networks\nManage a pipeline of commercial finance deals from initial enquiry through to completion\nStructure funding solutions tailored to client requirements and lender appetite\nWork closely with high street banks and specialist lenders to secure competitive terms for clients\nBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of commercial lending opportunities with a target-driven approach\nConsistently achieve and exceed monthly funding targets\nAttend client meetings, networking events and business development activities\nProvide a high level of customer service and professional advice throughout the funding process\nKeep up to date with market trends, lender criteria and commercial finance products\nBuild long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsExperience and skills required for the role of Business Development Manager - Asset and Property Finance:\n\nProven experience within commercial finance, bridging finance, invoice finance or commercial mortgages\nExisting client bank and/or introducer network\nStrong business development and relationship management skills\nExperience working with lenders and structuring finance deals\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding targets\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently\nExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFor more information regarding the role of Business Development Manager - Asset and Property Finance, please contact us \n\nStellar Select is acting as an employment agency and is a corporate member of the REC.
