Unmissable events and unforgettable experiences are coming to places and spaces right across the UK: from coastal towns and city centres to breathtaking areas of natural beauty.UNBOXED is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to provide day-to-day admin support to members of the senior management team, working within a dynamic, fast paced environment within the Executive Office. This is varied role working in a multi-stakeholder environment, and the post holder will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of different people.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to members of the senior management team, as well as supporting the Assistant Project Manager (Strategy and Partnerships) to manage relationships with key project partners and stakeholdersManage a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling and organising meetings, maintaining filing systems, logistics planning, preparing briefing materials and agendas, taking minutes and following up actions as requiredMaintain and update action and decision logs for both internal and external meetingsMaintain a suite of internal planning and administration documents including plans, calendars, schedules and budget spreadsheets, as well as maintaining an electronic filing system on SharePointCreate positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with internal departments across UNBOXED to ensure positive working relationships are maintained and information is effectively communicated and disseminated where requiredDeputise for the Assistant Project Manager (Strategy and Partnerships) where requiredSkills and Experience RequiredEssentialRelevant administrative skills and experienceHighly organised with excellent administrative skills and a high level of attention to detailTakes ownership of day-to-day workload and projects with solid time management skills and a goal orientated approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities and deadlines and reliably meeting deadlinesExcellent administrative skills and experience gained in a professional environment.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.DesirableKnowledge and/or interest of the cultural or major events sectorsExperience of financial admin including raising Purchase Requisitions / Purchase OrdersStart Date: ASAP Duration: Fixed Term Contract until January 2023Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum, pro rata Location: 6 Brindley Place, Birmingham, B1 2JB (Full-time, office-based) This position is subject to a Basic criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.Due to the short-term nature of our roles, all candidates must have current Right to Work in the UK in order to be considered.UNBOXED is an equal opportunities organisation and Disability Confident employer and we encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities.
