3rd Line Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly skilled Managed Services team.

You'll be responsible for handling technical escalations, managing complex incidents, supporting infrastructure projects, and acting as a senior technical resource across both cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems while helping develop and support a wider engineering team.

• Resolving high-priority and complex technical issues
\n
• Managing major incidents from investigation through to resolution
\n
• Supporting customer infrastructure projects and deployments
\n
• Providing guidance and mentoring to support engineers
\n
• Working across Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, virtualisation, networking, and security technologies
\n
• Producing technical documentation and knowledge articles
\n
• Contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives
\n

• Strong experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
\n
• Expertise supporting Microsoft infrastructure technologies
\n
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, networking, and firewalls
\n
• Experience with virtualisation platforms
\n
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
\n
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Microsoft Expert-level certifications
\n
• Cisco certifications (CCNP)
\n
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments
